  Former CJYC (C98)/SAINT JOHN, NB personality DAN REID has been sentenced to a year in prison for possession of child pornography. REID pleaded guilty to the charge in SEPTEMBER and was sentenced TUESDAY; a police investigation found 199 illegal pictures and video clips on three computers in REID's possession after a computer repairman discovered the pornography on a computer REID brought in for repair.
