Stampeders Ink New Deal With CHQR/Calgary

The CANADIAN FOOTBALL LEAGUE's CALGARY STAMPEDERS have inked a new multi-year deal to continue with game broadcasts on CORUS Talk CHQR-A/CALGARY. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The station has carried STAMPEDERS play-by-play for 16 years. MARK STEPHEN and GREG PETERSON continue to call the action with BILLY POWERS, JOCK WILSON, and PETER WATTS handling pre- and post-game and halftime shows.

In particular, we look forward to hearing MARK STEPHEN and his crew in continuing to provide our fans with the CFL's finest game broadcast."
