GREAT SCOTT Top 40/Rhythmic WOCQ (OC104)/OCEAN CITY-SALISBURY, MD ups MD DEE-LITE to PD. DEE-LITE succeeds longtime PD WOOKIE, who exited 9/7. 

Also at WOCQ, BILL BAKER (THE RUMPSHAKER) comes aboard as APD/MD/mornings.  BAKER joins JESSICA and CROOKIDD on the morning show.  BAKER had been PD/MD/afternoons at crosstown CLEAR CHANNEL Urban AC WSBY (MAGIC 98.9) and middays at Top 40/Mainstream WDKZ (KISS 105.5).  

In another move, WOCQ weekender CHUBB LOVE moves to middays.
