TOM and MATT EMBRESCIA's SWEET HOME ASHTABULA closes on the purchase of five ASTABULA, OH stations from CLEAR CHANNEL for $3.55 million. The stations include Talk WFUN-A, Classic Rock WFXJ-F (107.5 THE FOX), AC WREO (STAR 97), Country WYBL (98.3 THE BULL), and Top 40 WZOO (102 ZOO). KALIL AND CO. and MMTC MEDIA served as brokers for the deal.
