Garcia Buys Three Austin AMs From BMP

JOSE J. GARCIA is buying three AM stations in the AUSTIN market from BORDER MEDIA PARTNERS for $5.5 million. The stations include Spanish Religion KELG-A (LA LUZ 1440), Talk KOKE-A and Spanish Oldies KTXZ-A (LA LUPE 1560). GARCIA's DYNAMIC RADIO BROADCASTING sold KELG and KTXZ along with two other stations to BMP for $19 million in DECEMBER, 2004. AMERICAN MEDIA SERVICES' PATRICK MCNAMARA served as broker for the deal.
