WRRV Asking Listeners To Show Their Cans & Give The Bird

CUMULUS Alternative WRRV-WRRB/NEWBURGH-POUGHKEEPSIE, NY is collecting donations for the needy this THANKSGIVING during its 4th Annual "SHOW US YOUR CANS & GIVE US THE BIRD FOOD DRIVE."  All week long listeners are encouraged to dropoff a donation at HANNAFORD supermarkets for the FOOD BANK OF THE HUDSON VALLEY. Everyone who donates qualifies to win a signed GREEN DAY autographed, which will be given away next MONDAY morning (11/21).

In addition, the first 100 people to bring a food donation to "THE WRRV CAN FILM FESTIVAL" this SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 19th at LYCEUM CINEMAS in RED HOOK get to see a free private showing of "HARRY POTTER & THE GOBLEY OF FIRE."
