WMCU Sold To Minnesota's American Public Radio

MINNESOTA’S AMERICAN PUBLIC RADIO has purchased TRINITY INTERNATIONAL FOUNDATION Christian AC WMCU (SPIRIT 89.7)/MIAMI for $20 million. WMCU’s last day of broadcasting will be SEPTEMBER 30th, with a Classical format likely to take its place.

MINNESOTA’S AMERICAN PUBLIC RADIO most recently attempted to purchase COLUMBIA UNION COLLEGE Christian AC WGTS/WASHINGTON, DC, for a similar price until the college's board pulled the offer from the table.
