ULSTER TELEVISION's new FM Talk outlet TALK107/EDINBURGH, SCOTLAND has set FEBRUARY 14- VALENTINE'S DAY- for its launch date. The station has named PETER GILLESPIE Managing Dir. and GWEN LAURIE as News Editor but the programming lineup has yet to be announced.
