KENNETH WAYNE DIEBEL sells AC KHMB (Q-LITE 99.5)/HAMBURG, AR to R&M BROADCASTING, which already operates the station under a longstanding LMA, for $54,000. cash rather than the originally-agreed upon $131,553. ($7,553 down and $124,000 in a seller note).
