Industry veteran SMOKEY RIVERS, most recently INFINITY VP/AC Programming and PD at KVIL/DALLAS, has been named CLEAR CHANNEL/PHOENIX Dir./Programming Ops. RIVERS will assume responsibility for the eight CLEAR CHANNEL radio properties, TOTAL TRAFFIC NETWORK and the integrated marketing and web operation.
