The frequent-format-flipping continues at BORGEN BROADCASTING's WMIN-A/HUDSON, WI-ST. PAUL-MINNEAPOLIS, which is now back to Sports as "THE ZONE," its format and slogan three years ago, using SPORTING NEWS RADIO. WMIN was most recently Spanish as LA NUEVA LEY, and had been Religion from OCTOBER 2002 through OCTOBER 2004.
