Former GCAP MEDIA CEO DAVID MANSFIELD joins U.K. ratings service RAJAR as Chairman.
MANSFIELD, who left GCAP shortly after the company's formation from the merger of CAPITAL RADIO and GWR, replaces LORD GORDON OF STRATHBLANE, who retired earlier this year after four years as Chairman.
