Price For Crain-Archway Little Rock Deal: $4 Million

The price for ARCHWAY BROADCASTING's sale of Urban KHTE, Classic Hits KOLL and Christian KKSP/LITTLE ROCK to CRAIN MEDIA has been revealed in the deal's paperwork, filed with the FCC, and ARCHWAY is paying $4 million for the stations and three boosters.
Also filed with the FCC, FOREVER BROADCASTING, LLC is selling WNTJ-A/JOHNSTOWN, PA to BIRACH BROADCASTING CORP. for $230,000 cash. BIRACH is also buying WCND-A/SHELBYVILLE, KY from FOREVER for an additional $70,000, but that sale was not included as part of the WCND filing.
EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION is selling FM translator K238AV/YUBA CITY, CA to EASTERN SIERRA BROADCASTING for $5,000. The buyer will use the translator to rebroadcast KNCO/GRASS VALLEY, CA.
And JAMES AND SUSAN NOGA are selling eight FM translators to INTERNATIONAL CHURCH OF THE FORESQUARE GOSPEL for $10. K272CV/NEW ENGLAND, ND, K296DT/DICKENSON, ND, K292EA/BOWMAN, ND, K296DS/ALLIANCE, NE, K276DM/CHADRON, NE, K276DL/HEMINGFORD, NE, K292EC/HOT SPRINGS, SD, and K292DZ/SHERIDAN. WY are included in the deal.
