SHERIDAN Urban WAMO-F/PITTSBURGH has been named as a defendant in a lawsuit by the victim of a 2006 nightclub shooting.
The PITTSBURGH TRIBUNE-REVIEW reports that DAVINA WILSON of MONROEVILLE, PA, who was shot on JULY 31ST, 2006 at TOUCH nightclub in PITTSBURGH's STRIP DISTRICT, is suing the club, its owner MMM CORP., its President THOMAS JAYSON, and the station, which was broadcasting live from the club that night, alleging that security at the club was lax. The plaintiff was one of eight people shot when a gunman opened fire inside the club.
