Cape 104 Returns

CAPE COD BROADCASTING flips WKPE/SOUTH YARMOUTH, MA from Classic Rock back to Top 40 as CAPE 104, returning the signal to the format and slogan that it used from 1983 to 1992. 

OM/PD WAYNE WHITE tells ALL ACCESS that veteran CAPE 104 jock STEVE BINDER has returned for mornings, while SHAYLENE JACKSON is handling afternoons. "We hope to eventually add more personalities, but we're rolling with just these two for now," said WHITE.
