Andy Bloom Named PD At WIP/Philadelphia

Veteran programmer ANDY BLOOM returns to radio as PD of CBS Sports WIP-A/PHILADELPHIA. BLOOM, who is best known for his stints as PD at WYSP/PHILADELPHIA and KLSX/LOS ANGELES and has been working outside the radio business in WASHINGTON for the past five years, fills the slot left vacant when TOM LEE left to join ESPN Sports KESN/DALLAS earlier this year.

BLOOM tells ALL ACCESS, "What made WIP the most interesting radio opportunity to come along, outside of the great appreciation I have for PHILLY -- and missing my EAGLES season tickets -- was the incredible talent lineup at WIP.
