XM CANADA has named former CHUM RADIO VP/Programming ROSS DAVIES its VP/Programming, reports THE HOLLYWOOD REPORTER. Other appointments include MICHAEL WASHINUSHI as CFO, COLIN BETTAM as SVP/Marketing & Sales, MELISSA CLARK as VP/Retail Sales & Distribution, PAUL WILLIAMS as VP/Network Sales, and STEWART LYONS as VP/Legal & Regulatory Affairs.
