CORUS Alternative CFNY (102.1 THE EDGE)/TORONTO's "2007 CASBY MUSIC AWARDS" were presented by PD ALAN CROSS last night (10/24) at KOOL HAUS.

The 2007 CASBY Award winners are:

Favourite New Album: FINGER ELEVEN - Them vs. You vs. Me, Finger Eleven
Favourite New Artist: ATTACK IN BLACK
Favourite New Single: ALEXISONFIRE - Boiled Frogs
NXNE Favourite New Indie Release: ATTACK IN BLACK - Marriage

These winners faced stiff competition from fellow nominees ARCADE FIRE, BILLY TALENT, THE TRAGICALLY HIP, TOKYO POLICE CLUB and YOUNG GALAXY.
