WEST VIRGINIA-VIRGINIA HOLDING COMPANY, LLC (RICK LAMBERT and BOB SPENCER) is buying Classic Rock WPMW (C-92)/MULLENS, WV from CASTLE ROCK INVESTMENTS for $120,000. including a five-year, 50 mile noncompete and a Joint Sales Agreement until closing or for one year.
