Garth Presented With ACM Crystal Milestone Award

Country superstar GARTH BROOKS was presented with the ACADEMY OF COUNTRY MUSIC (ACM) CRYSTAL MILESTONE AWARD during a special presentation TODAY (11/5) in HOLLYWOOD. It was also a day of recognition for BROOKS from the RECORD INDUSTRY ASSOCIATION OF AMERICA (RIAA) to celebrate his 123 million in unit sales, making him the biggest-selling solo artist in the history of recorded sound.

This is the first CRYSTAL MILESTONE AWARD ever given to an artist by the ACM. It recognizes an artist or industry leader's specific, remarkable achievement.
