CLEAR CHANNEL/LOUISVILLE ups Dir, of Sales KEVIN HUGHES to Market Manager, replacing EARL JONES, who was previously upped to Regional VP in CHICAGO. HUGHES will oversee the cluster's eight stations, plus the KENTUCKY NEWS NETWORK and the local bureau of TOTAL TRAFFIC NETWORK.
