FCC Proposes More Late License Renewal App Fines

The FCC hits four more licensees with proposed fines for late license renewal applications but grants the renewals anyway. The fines include $1,500 for BISIBLUE, L.L.C. (WIPS-A/TICONDEROGA, NY), $250 for AQUILA BROADCASTING CORP. (WAPP-LP/WESTHAMPTON, NY), and $500 each for SCOTNMEX BROADCASTING, LLC. (W276AV/STAMFORD, CT) and CALIFORNIA BLACK CHAMBER OF COMMERCE (KDEE-LP/SACRAMENTO).
