WHITE PARK BROADCASTING, INC. is selling the construction permits for KXMP/HANNA, WY and KYPT/WAMSUTTER, WY to AL HARRIS' WAGONWHEEL COMMUNICATIONS CORPORATION for $250,000, and HARRIS in turn is assigning the right to buy KYPT to MARTIN DIRST, setting the individual price for that CP at $50,000. An application has been filed to move KXMP from the RAWLINS, WY area to the ROCK SPRINGS, WY market, and another application has been filed to move KYPT to ROCK SPRINGS as well.

In another deal filed with the FCC, THE TRUSTEES OF INDIANA UNIVERSITY are selling FM translator W252BY/SEYMOUR, IN to COMMUNITY RADIO FOR HOOSIERS, INC. for $7,000.
