Joe MacKay Upped To VP/Nat'l Sales At SBS

SPANISH BROADCASTING SYSTEMS has promoted JOE MACKAY to VP/National Sales. In his previous role at the company, MACKAY was the Dir./National Sales and National Sales Manager for WLEY (LA LEY)/CHICAGO.
