United Stations Offers Up Holiday Specials

UNITED STATIONS RADIO NETWORK (USRN) has announced their lineup of holiday specials to Country radio, offering their COUNTRY HEROES 2007 special and COUNTRY WINNERS 2007 show.

COUNTRY HEROES will be hosted by CURB artist RODNEY ATKINS and offered for THANKSGIVING WEEKEND. The three-hour special features some of the biggest stars in Country paying tribute to their 'everyday' heroes of their own lives, while running down some of the 'good news' stories of 2006.

COUNTRY WINNERS, offered from 12/28 and 12/31, 2007, will be hosted by BIG MACHINE artist and HORIZON AWARD winner TAYLOR SWIFT. The three-hour special will profile the year's biggest winners in the format throughout 2006 and will also touch on the breakthrough and comeback artists of the year.
