Due to budget cuts, programming veteran JOEL DEARING has exited his PD post at CLEAR CHANNEL Country WYYD/LYNCHBURG-ROANOKE, Classic Country WZBL - HD2. JOEL was with the stations for 4-years. Previously DEARING was VP/Programming for MIDWEST DIMENSIONS/APPLETON-OSHKOSH-GREEN BAY, WI, where he programmed Country WPKR and WPCK.
