CARTER BROADCASTING Urban KPRS (103 JAMZ)/KANSAS CITY and Urban AC WRAK/ (MAJIC 97.3)/ALBANY, GA are the newest affiliates to commit to air THE STEVE HARVEY MORNING SHOW. KPRS former morning hosts SEAN TAYLOR and JULEE JONEZ will split their respective shifts with TAYLOR sliding to afternoons while JONEZ moves to middays. No official word yet on the staff changes at WRAK.
