Alta Comm. And Partners Acquire Controlling Interest In First Broadcasting Investment Partners

BOSTON-based ALTA COMMUNICATIONS, a broadcast industry private equity group, has partnered with CEO GARY LAWRENCE and executive committee members HAL ROSE and BOB DENNY to acquire a controlling interest in FIRST BROADCASTING INVESTMENT PARTNERS, LLC.

EMMERT and ALTA Managing General Partner BRIAN MCNEILL will serve on the board of directors along with FIRST BROADCASTING CEO GARY LAWRENCE.
