  CONNECTICUT Attorney General RICHARD BLUMENTHAL's office in conjunction with federal officials is investigating CATEGORY 5 RECORDS Pres./CEO RAY TERMINI and his CONNECTICUT-based HAVEN HEALTHCARE, in an effort to determine whether the company improperly funneled government funding away from patient care into "other financial enterprises."
  The HARTFORD COURANT is reporting that one of those enterprises was CATEGORY 5 RECORDS.
