CITADEL BROADCASTING Country KXKC (99.1 KXKC)/LAFAYETTE, LA APD/MD/night dude SEAN RILEY is retiring from radio in January. RILEY has been with KXKC for the last seven years.  Previously, RILEY was an air personality for the FREE LANCE STAR's Country WFLS/FREDERICKSBURG, VA.
