KYGO Christmas Crusade For Children Underway

LINCOLN FINANCIAL MEDIA Country KYGO/DENVER has teamed with 30 DENVER area law enforcement agencies to kick off their 24th Annual Christmas Crusade For Children. Each day leading up to the holiday, KYGO staffers will read the wishes of needy children on the air and encourage listeners to sponsor a child and provide their wishes. Officers will then hand deliver the donated items to that child just prior to Christmas.

To assist in this year's fundraising, the station has released a Christmas CD. All proceeds from the sale of the KYGO Country Christmas CD directly benefit the Crusade. Artists appearing on the CD include RASCAL FLATTS, PAT GREEN, CLINT BLACK, and the NITTY GRITTY DIRT BAND.

The annual program is designed to enable city, state police and sheriff's department personnel to bring the joy of Christmas morning to underprivileged children. For more details on this year's efforts and the CD visit kygo.com
