GLEN BARNETT INC. is selling Easy Listening KWXY-F/PALM SPRINGS to R&R RADIO CORP. for $7.5 million. The buyer owns five stations in the PALM SPRINGS market.

In another deal filed with the FCC, GAP BROADCASTING is selling Hot AC KGRS (MIX 107.3)/BURLINGTON, IA and Country KBKB-F (101.7 THE BULL)/FORT MADISON, IA to JOHN C. PRITCHARD's TITAN BROADCASTING, LLC and Sports KBKB-A/FORT MADISON and Talk KBUR-A/BURLINGTON to PRITCHARD BROADCASTING for an aggregate $3 million. GAP acquired the stations from CLEAR CHANNEL this year as part of the multi-market spinoff of several CC stations.
