  CLEAR CHANNEL Classic Rocker KGB/SAN DIEGO makes a few scheduling adjustments that put RVP/PROGRAMMING, JIM RICHARDS on the air from 10a-1p and moves afternoon man DITCH's shift from 3-7p over to 1-7p.
  No word on whether budgets were a factor, but RICHARDS told ALL ACCESS that the shift is permanent until it changes again
