WKLU Goes For The Gold

Several sources, including INDIANA RADIOWATCH, reports that RUSS OASIS/INDY RADIO Classic Hits WKLU had flipped to "Oldies 101.9."

"Rather than splitting the male component of the 35-54 demo with three other stations, Oldies 101.9 (WKLU) is targeting the female component of 35-54 by playing the pop hits of the same era which WKLU targeted before," owner RUSS OASIS told ALL ACCESS. "There are approximately 50% of the same songs in our library as before. Gone is the heavy metal and present are the Top 40 hits, which have been ignored over the past three years in INDIANAPOLIS."
