  Investigation Ended
  
  XM SATELLITE RADIO said FRIDAY that the SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION has ended its investigation of the company and is not intending to recommend any enforcement action.
  Since AUGUST, 2006, the SEC has been investigating XM's practices regarding the issuance of stock options and the reporting of subscriber data.
