  The FCC has fined a FLORIDA pirate station operator $1,450, hitting MARCKENSON BAZILE for operating a station on 100.9 FM in PORT ST. LUCIE, FL. BAZILE's fine was reduced from $10,000 due to inability to pay. The station is one of several Haitian pirates to have been raided in the area over the last few years.
