REUTERS reports that the WARNER MUSIC GROUP is in talks with XM SATELLITE RADIO to settle a lawsuit related to the PIONEER INNO portable radio, which can record music.

A settlement is expected soon, a source said on MONDAY, which would likely be similar to the one concluded between XM and UNIVERSAL MUSIC GROUP.
