Current AMS President/CEO EDWARD F. SEEGER has been appointed Chairman of the company’s Board of Directors, while Chief Operating Officer Andrew Guest becomes Vice Chairman
AMERICAN MEDIA SERVICES has named FRANK MCCOY Pres./CEO He succeeds EDWARD F. SEEGER, who has been named Chairman of the company’s Board of Directors. COO ANDREW GUEST will assume the position of Vice Chairman of the Board, while current Board Chairman JIM FORT will become Chairman Emeritus. All changes are effective JANUARY 1st, 2008.
MCCOY joined AMS in 1999 and has been EVP/Engineering "ED SEEGER, ANDREW GUEST and JAMES FORT have prospered in station upgrades, a service niche where several similar company efforts have failed," FRANK MCCOY said. :This success stems from their extraordinary vision and from the AMS staff, representing an unparalleled combination of technical, financial, legal and people skills.
