Felker Upped At DIal Global 24/7

DIAL GLOBAL DIGITAL 24/7 FORMATS has upped Managing Dir. of Programming DAVID FELKER to VP/Programming. FELKER is a 20-year veteran at the company and its predecessors; he replaces GARY THOMPSON, who is exiting to become PD at KDBN (93.3 THE BONE)/DALLAS.
