RADIO ASSIST MINISTRY, INC. is selling FM translator W271AM/TUSCALOOSA, FL to JRD, INC. in a non-cash deal that involves provision of equipment and construction of W271AM and another translator owned by RADIO ASSIST MINISTRY. The UNIVERSITY F ALABAMA's noncommercial WUAL/TUSCALOOSA will be rebroadcast on W271AM.
And RADIO ASSIST MINISTRY's sister company EDGEWATER BROADCASTING, INC. is selling K284BN/ADA, OK to SOUTH CENTRAL OKLAHOMA CHRISTIAN BROADCASTING INC. for $8,000. The buyer will use the translator to rebroadcast its own noncommercial KAZC/TISHOMINGO, OK.
