FIRST BAPTIST CHURCH gets hit with a $2,000 fine by the FCC for RAS and main studio staffing violations at noncommercial WAKJ/DEFUNIAK SPRINGS, FL. The fine was reduced from $15,000 due to inability to pay and a history of compliance with the rules.
