FAITH CHRISTIAN MUSIC BROADCAST MINISTRIES, INC. gets nailed for a $500 fine by the FCC for failure to maintain the public file's quarterly issues and programs list at WYRV/CEDAR BLUFF, VA. The fine was reduced from $3,000 due to financial hardship and previous compliance.
