Three Years Later, Jeff Roper Cleared

A federal jury has ruled that CBS RADIO Country WSOC/CHARLOTTE morning host JEFF ROPER was not liable in a civil suit filed against him by morning show co-host CARRIE ANN BOGGESS, who claimed he harrassed, intimidated and assaulted her when, according to the CHARLOTTE OBSERVER, "he knocked her hand away from a thermostat.

ROPER left the station in 2004, soon after she filed suit.
