The FCC has rejected a appeal by TWENTY-ONE SOUND COMMUNICATIONS, INC. over an $18,000 fine imposed for EAS, main studio, and public file violations at Alternative KQQX (93-X) (formerly KNSX)/STEELVILLE, MO.
The Commission also rejected SM RADIO's appeal of a$5,600 fine for main studio violations at Spanish Religion KUOL-A/SAN MARCOS, TX. SM objected to the FCC requirement that it submit financial records from the other companies controlled by its owner, evangelist PAULINO BERNAL.
