VIACOM Chairman/CEO SUMNER REDSTONE has named EVP of Corporate Relations CARL D. FOLTA as EVP of the Office of the Chairman, serving as a corporate officer of both of the company's spinoffs, the "new VIACOM" and CBS CORP.
FOLTA will serve as REDSTONE's senior advisor and spokesperson and will also oversee the companies' "KNOW HIV/AIDS" initiative,
