EMMIS COMMUNICATIONS CFO WALTER BERGER has notified the company that he plans to exit in JANUARY. Replacing BERGER on an interim basis will be current EMMIS COMMUNICATIONS VP/Finance and EMMIS RADIO Controller DAVID NEWCOMER.
