The spinoff of CLEAR CHANNEL ENTERTAINMENT has been set for DECEMBER 21. CLEAR CHANNEL stockholders will get one share of the spinoff for every eight CCU shares owned. Fractional shares will be paid in cash. The spinoff will trade under the symbol LYV on the NEW YORK STOCK EXCHANGE.
