  ALL ACCESS has just learned that RADIO ONE VP/Operations ZEMIRA JONES, based at the company's headquarters in LANHAM, MD., has exited the Company. JONES had a long and stellar history which includes some top posts for several broadcast groups, including ABC RADIO.
