  LONG POND BAPTIST CHURCH enters a consent decree with the FCC to settle issues regarding the alleged airing of underwriting announcements on noncommercial WTBH/CHIEFLAND, FL that violated FCC rules. The licensee will make a $250 "voluntary contribution" to the U.S. Treasury and the complaint against it will be dismissed.
