POWELL BROADCASTING Country KSUX/SIOUX CITY, IA morning man TONY MICHAELS tacks on PD stripes in addition to his current duties. MICHAELS assumes the PD role as midday man BOB ROUNDS relinquished the PD duties to redirect his focus to his air shift.
